PulseHTX is a Houston-focused venue and events discovery app focused on what's trending in real time. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect

PulseHTX does not require an account. We collect minimal information:

• IP addresses (temporarily, for rate limiting the Ask Pulse chatbot)
• App version and device type (for technical support)
• Crash logs and diagnostic data (to fix bugs)

We do NOT collect or store:

• Your name, email, or phone number
• Your location or GPS data
• Your Ask Pulse chat messages (messages are sent to Anthropic's API but not saved)
• Your contacts, photos, or payment information

3. AI Chatbot ("Ask Pulse")

PulseHTX includes an AI chatbot called Ask Pulse (Ox). If you use Ask Pulse:

• Your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses
• We do NOT store your chat history
